It took five hours on the road from Whistler to Clearwater. A lot of the photographs included were taken on the journey to and from Clearwater and where we really started to get that feeling of being in the mountains.

 

Clearwater offers historical and heritage sites and a culture rich in the traditions of the Simpcw First Nation and is the gateway to Wells Gray Provincial Park.

 

We stayed in Clearwater for a quick overnight stop in Alpine Meadows, an idyllic and peaceful resort in the heart of the North Thompson region, on our route to Jasper.
