FIELD

With a population of under 200 people, the small village of Field can be found at the centre of Yoho National Park in the Canadian Rockies. Located in the Kicking Horse Valley of Southeastern British Columbia, Field has developed into a tight-knit family community including village artisans who have found the perfect idyllic place to hone their craft.

During our time here we stayed in Cathedral Mountain Lodge, in a luxury cabin with classic Canadian décor and spectacular views. Cathedral Mountain is closely situated to Emerald Lake, the largest lake in Yoho National Park, which gets its name from the ice blue glacial waters which refracts light in a vibrant display of colour and surrounding landscape which leaves you speechless.
